MAKES BRINING SIMPLE

Why Brine?

Brining helps make turkey, chicken, and pork moist, tender, and flavorful. Real Salt Brine Kit combines ancient sea salt, coconut sugar, citrus peel, and aromatic herbs in one convenient, ready-to-use blend.

How to Brine

Boil 3 quarts of water, add the Brine Kit, and simmer until dissolved. Remove from heat, add 3 quarts of cold water, and cool completely. Submerge meat and refrigerate for 18–24 hours. Remove, rinse, and dry before cooking.

One Kit Brines Up to 18 lbs.

One kit makes 6 quarts of brine, enough for 12–18 lbs. of meat. For 6–8 lbs., simply use half the kit and half the water.
